These Terms of Service govern your use of Facecast. They are written to be readable, to set out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By creating an account or using the service you accept them — so it’s worth a read.

Who you are contracting with
A person, not a platform giant.
Facecast is owned and operated by Jose Moro Melón (the “Operator”, “we”, “our”), a sole trader based in Spain.

In these Terms, “you” or “User” means any person who creates an account, browses the public pages or uses the service in any role (Free Rider, Pro Rider or Coach).
Acceptance and scope
Sign-up is the contract.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or otherwise using Facecast, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Together with the Privacy Policy and any specific terms shown at the point of subscription, this document forms the full agreement between you and the Operator.
