Delete your Facecast account
Sorry to see you go. This page lets you permanently close your Facecast account and remove your data from facecast.online. Read what happens below before you confirm — the action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your user account and login on facecast.online.
- Your public rider profile, including bio, photo, sponsors, disciplines and any URL it had.
- Your public coach profile, if you had one — including bio, photo, certifications, languages, specialties, contact details and rate hint.
- Your private inspections that were not shared with anyone else.
- Active subscriptions on Facecast (Pro / Coach) are cancelled. Past PayPal receipts remain in your PayPal account.
What is kept
- Inspections shared with other riders are reassigned to the site so the riders you shared with do not lose access. Your name is removed from the credit line.
- Anonymised technical logs (security and PayPal webhook traces) are kept for as long as required by our hosting provider and applicable law, then purged automatically.
Before you delete
- If you only want a break, you can unpublish your rider/coach profile from its editor instead — the public page disappears and your data stays safe in your account.
- If you have a Pro or Coach subscription, cancelling here also cancels the recurring PayPal payment; you will not be charged again.
- If you want a copy of your data before deleting, contact us at hello@facecast.online and we will send you an export.
Confirm deletion
You must be logged in. Once you confirm, your account, rider profile and coach profile are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
